Tender chicken in a rich Caesar dressing served on hoagie rolls topped with Romaine lettuce.

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Shredded Romaine lettuce
- Additional Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Set the crock pot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks, mixing it gently with the sauce in the pot.
- Serve the shredded chicken on hoagie rolls topped with shredded Romaine lettuce and additional Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and frozen for up to 3 months.
