Ingredients

- 5 cups whole milk
- 16 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine: Put the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and salt in the crock pot. Whisk to fully combine.
- Chocolate Chips: Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Cook: Warm the slow cooker to the low setting for 1 hour.
- Whisk Again: Give the whole pot another whisk before serving.
- Warm + Serve: Keep the crock pot on warm and serve as needed.
Notes
Add whipped cream, marshmallows, or a sprinkle of cocoa for serving. Adjust sugar or cocoa to taste.
