- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, layer the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, and chopped onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the cream mixture evenly over the potato and kielbasa layer in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
