Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, and chopped onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the potato and kielbasa layer in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
