Rich and creamy hot chocolate made effortlessly in a slow cooker – perfect for parties and cold nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Marshmallows (for serving)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir mixture to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Serve hot topped with marshmallows and whipped cream.

Notes

For a mocha flavor, add a shot of espresso. For a creamier drink, use milk chocolate chips. For a dairy-free version, substitute almond or oat milk and coconut cream.
