  • 1 can (about 14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted nuts (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the dairy free chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For a glossy finish, pour and smooth rapidly before cooling. Use a warm knife to slice for cleaner cuts.
