Instructions

  3. Beat in flour, cocoa, salt, and chocolate chips until the mixture is well blended. Avoid overmixing for the fudgiest texture.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness using a toothpick—aim for moist crumbs, not completely dry.
