Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, olive oil, and garlic cloves.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Taste the hummus and add salt as needed to enhance the flavor.
  4. If the hummus is too thick, add more pickle juice or a drizzle of olive oil to achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Serve the hummus in a bowl, garnished with fresh dill.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, consider peeling the chickpeas before blending. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
