  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, canned or frozen, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place them in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
