- 1 cup milk (dairy or any non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
- Add the milk, yogurt (if using), honey, and vanilla extract.
- If desired, add ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt, and swap honey for maple syrup. Add protein powder or nut butter for extra protein.
