Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Transfer the browned meat mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and egg noodles. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or until the noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
