Easy Crockpot Cheesy Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles. Stir well and cover.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, stir in a bit of cream cheese before serving. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
