Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles. Stir well and cover.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, stir in a bit of cream cheese before serving. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
