Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken into a zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
  6. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and has lovely grill marks.
