Instructions
- Melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until it’s completely liquid.
- Remove from heat and gradually stir in the cocoa powder, followed by the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well blended and smooth.
- Pour the mixture carefully into a chocolate mold or a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours. Avoid opening the fridge frequently to maintain a consistent temperature.
