Ingredients

  • 2 packets of Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (optional, chopped)
  • Mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, or bell peppers, optional)
  • Maggi tastemaker (included with noodle packets)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. Toss in the chopped tomatoes and optional green chili; cook until softened.
  4. If using, add your choice of mixed vegetables, stir-frying for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour in 2 cups of water and let it come to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker spice mix.
  7. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the noodles are soft and fully cooked.
  8. Stir well to combine everything and serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander if desired.

Notes

For the best results, choose a high-quality oil for sautéing. Avoid overmixing the noodles during cooking to prevent a mushy texture.
