Ingredients

- 2 packets of Maggi noodles
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (optional, chopped)
- Mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, or bell peppers, optional)
- Maggi tastemaker (included with noodle packets)
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Toss in the chopped tomatoes and optional green chili; cook until softened.
- If using, add your choice of mixed vegetables, stir-frying for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in 2 cups of water and let it come to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker spice mix.
- Cook for about 2 minutes or until the noodles are soft and fully cooked.
- Stir well to combine everything and serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander if desired.
Notes
For the best results, choose a high-quality oil for sautéing. Avoid overmixing the noodles during cooking to prevent a mushy texture.
