Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse the pecans, oats, and almond flour until combined into a coarse texture.
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt; process until a sticky dough forms.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, compacting the surface for cleaner slices.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are golden and the top is set.
- Let cool completely before lifting out and slicing into 9 bars.
