Easy Veggie Wrap


Description

A vibrant wrap filled with fresh vegetables and creamy hummus, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, covering it from edge to edge.
  2. Layer the mixed greens in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the grated carrot, followed by cucumber slices, and bell pepper on top of the greens.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to form a wrap.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Try tucking in the sides of the wrap while rolling to avoid spills. Can be grilled for extra warmth.
