  • 1 cup Sliced Apples
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Marcona Almonds
  • ½ cup Mixed Olives
  • ¼ cup Honey or Fig Jam
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or basil)
  • Whole grain crackers
  • Sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Prep the Board: Choose a large, live edge or reclaimed wood board to create an attractive centerpiece.
  2. Cut the Cheeses: Slice the cheeses into a variety of shapes for visual interest.
  3. Arrange the Meats: Neatly fold or roll the slices of prosciutto, salami, and chorizo in clusters.
  4. Add Fruits: Scatter grapes, apricots, and apple slices across the board.
  5. Incorporate Nuts & Extras: Create small mounds of almonds and olives.
  6. Finish with Garnishes: Add dollops of honey or jam and sprinkle fresh herbs over the top.
