Ingredients

- 200 g feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into rounds
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 10–12 toothpicks or small skewers
Instructions
- Cut the feta into even bite-sized cubes.
- Wash the cucumber and slice into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.
- Arrange toothpicks or skewers on a clean surface.
- Thread the cucumber, feta, and cherry tomato onto each skewer, alternating as desired.
- Place skewers on a platter and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with oregano, black pepper, and salt if needed.
- Chill briefly or serve immediately cold.
Notes
Choose lower-sodium feta varieties or soak in water to reduce saltiness. Best served chilled.
