Description
A delightful dessert combining fudgy brownies with layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream for a perfect sweet treat.

- 1 batch brownie mix (prepared according to package directions)
- 1 pint (about 470–473 mL) chocolate ice cream
- 1 pint (about 470–473 mL) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream (about 240 mL; store-bought or freshly whipped heavy cream)
- Chocolate sauce (for drizzling; quantity to taste)
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish; optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Let it cool completely.
- Layer half of the brownie in the bottom of a springform pan.
- Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over the brownie layer and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Add a layer of vanilla ice cream and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Crumble the remaining brownie and add it on top of the vanilla ice cream layer.
- Spread whipped cream over the top and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve sliced, garnished with chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
For best results, allow the cake to freeze overnight and use a warmed knife for slicing.
