- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup garlic butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, melted garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling.
