Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, melted garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling.
