Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the zucchinis into thick slices and thread them onto skewers.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the zucchini skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve warm.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, marinate the zucchini for 15-30 minutes in the garlic butter mixture before grilling. Use a grill basket for easier flipping.
