Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Position a rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, 8 wedges per potato for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Toss potato wedges until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer, skin side down if possible.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to melt slightly.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

Use a heavy baking sheet for even heat distribution. For extra crispiness, finish with a quick broil for 2–3 minutes.
