Glowing Green Juice


Description

A bright, refreshing juice packed with leafy greens and citrus for a nourishing boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple (such as Granny Smith)
  • 1 handful of spinach (about 30 g)
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger (about 5 g)
  • Water as needed (to thin, about 2–4 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop the cucumber, celery, and apple into smaller pieces for easier juicing or blending.
  3. In a juicer, add the cucumber, celery, green apple, spinach, ginger, and the juice of the lemon. (If using a blender, add all ingredients plus 1/2 cup water and blend until smooth.)
  4. Add a little water if necessary to help with the juicing or blending process.
  5. Blend until well combined, and then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if desired for a smoother texture.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy glowing skin juice!

Serve immediately for best taste; refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
