A bright, refreshing juice packed with leafy greens and citrus for a nourishing boost.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 green apple (such as Granny Smith)
- 1 handful of spinach (about 30 g)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 1 inch of fresh ginger (about 5 g)
- Water as needed (to thin, about 2–4 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop the cucumber, celery, and apple into smaller pieces for easier juicing or blending.
- In a juicer, add the cucumber, celery, green apple, spinach, ginger, and the juice of the lemon. (If using a blender, add all ingredients plus 1/2 cup water and blend until smooth.)
- Add a little water if necessary to help with the juicing or blending process.
- Blend until well combined, and then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if desired for a smoother texture.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy glowing skin juice!

Serve immediately for best taste; refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
