Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Mix in the dried oregano and garlic powder until well incorporated.
- Spread the dough evenly onto a greased baking sheet, creating a flat layer.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the surface of the dough for texture.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top and sprinkle coarse sea salt liberally over the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the focaccia to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
For fluffier focaccia, let the dough rise for an extra 30 minutes after mixing. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
