  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and pepper over the shrimp, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp; they are done when pink and opaque. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
