Grilled Tomato-Peach Pizza


Description

A delightful blend of sweet peaches and savory tomatoes on a grilled pizza that sings with summer flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the pizza crust with olive oil.
  3. Place the crust on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is crispy.
  4. Flip the crust and evenly layer the sliced tomatoes and peaches on top.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the fruit, followed by a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  6. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
