- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Place the crust on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is crispy.
- Flip the crust and evenly layer the sliced tomatoes and peaches on top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the fruit, followed by a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
