- 8 taco shells

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add the taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- While the meat cooks, prepare taco shells according to the package directions.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with the turkey mixture, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
- Serve immediately to enjoy while warm.
Notes
Don’t overmix the turkey and ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
