Scale
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the bottom halves and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm, garnished with pickles if desired!
Notes
Don’t overmix the beef; let it brown nicely for the best flavor. Use 80/20 ground beef for juiciness.
