- 1/4 cup nut butter (e.g., almond butter, peanut butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruit.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together honey, nut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the nut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly to compact it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
