- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In the meantime, combine the cooked rice, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
