- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional; chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare filling: In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
- Heat pan: Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
- Assemble wraps: Lay out a tortilla, spoon about one-quarter of the chicken-cheese mixture down the center, sprinkle with parsley if using, and fold into a snug wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Brown and melt: Add more butter to the skillet, place each wrap seam-side down, pressing gently. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and filling is hot.
- Rest and slice: Transfer wraps to a cutting board, let rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice on a diagonal and garnish with extra parsley or Parmesan.
Notes
For extra crispness, press each wrap with a heavy spatula or sandwich press. To reduce calories, swap butter for a light brush of olive oil.
