Keto Air-fried Crispy Cauliflower


Description

A quick and versatile keto-friendly snack featuring air-fried cauliflower florets, seasoned to perfection for a delightful crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (about 600 g / 1.3 lb), cut into small, bite-sized florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika works well for depth)
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 25 g)
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower head. Cut into small, bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt & pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning.
  6. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower immediately after cooking.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish as desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately; can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
