Description

A delicious twist on a classic Philly cheesesteak, these Keto rolls are cheesy and packed with flavor, perfect for a low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Almond flour or low-carb wraps (for wrapping)
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms, hot peppers, Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Lay out almond flour or low-carb wraps; add the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.

Notes
