- 1 cup cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Almond flour or low-carb wraps (for wrapping)
- Optional: sliced mushrooms, hot peppers, Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the beef is browned.
- Lay out almond flour or low-carb wraps; add the beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
