  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Lime slices or zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch square baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  5. Pour this mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven to cool.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices or zest. Enjoy your Key Lime Crack!

Notes
