Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch square baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
- Pour this mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven to cool.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
