- 6 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Cut the Brie into small pieces, placing a piece in each phyllo cup.
- Top each cup with chopped pecans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the cranberry sauce with a splash of water until warm.
- Drizzle the warmed cranberry sauce over the baked phyllo cups.
- Optionally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper before serving.
