Ingredients

  • 12 mini phyllo cups
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh thyme (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  3. Cut the Brie into small pieces, placing a piece in each phyllo cup.
  4. Top each cup with chopped pecans.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the cranberry sauce with a splash of water until warm.
  7. Drizzle the warmed cranberry sauce over the baked phyllo cups.
  8. Optionally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper before serving.
