Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional; vanilla whey or plant protein)
Instructions
- Place the almond milk and Greek yogurt in the blender first.
- Add the banana, spinach, honey, and protein powder (if using).
- Blend on high until fully smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Check the consistency and adjust by adding almond milk or oats as needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add oats or avocado. Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.
