Next Level Baked Strawberry Cheesecake


Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggy.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, layer sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry jam.

Notes

Serve plain or with whipped cream. Best enjoyed chilled, especially on warm days.
