No-Bake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Stir in creamy peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if using, until evenly distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and serve.

Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain a nice, crumbly texture.
