Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in another bowl until crumbs are wet and crumbly.
  4. In small glasses or parfait cups, layer the crumb mixture at the bottom, followed by the cream cheese layer, and repeat until the glasses are full.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
