Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional orange zest if desired.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers. You can also substitute the orange juice with other citrus juices like lemon or lime.
