- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until smooth.
- Add the shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious treats!
