Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic Piña Colada punch that combines the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 4 cups (32 fl oz) pineapple juice (chilled)
- 2 cups (16 fl oz) coconut water (unsweetened, chilled)
- 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) fresh lime juice (adjust to taste)
- Optional: 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) non-alcoholic rum
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime wheels, pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, or fresh mint
Instructions
- Chill all liquid ingredients ahead of time whenever possible.
- In a large pitcher, pour in pineapple juice and coconut water.
- Add cream of coconut and stir until fully incorporated.
- Mix in lime juice, adjusting to taste.
- If using, add non-alcoholic rum and stir.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over.
- Garnish with lime wheels, pineapple wedges, or cherries as desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-sugar pineapple juice and reduce cream of coconut. Store the punch base (without ice) in a sealed container for up to 48 hours.
