Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (960 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh lime juice (or to taste)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup non-alcoholic rum alternative
  • Ice, for serving
  • Garnish options: lime wheels, pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients for at least 30 minutes beforehand.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  3. Whisk or stir vigorously until the cream of coconut is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust lime juice or cream of coconut to your preference.
  5. If using the non-alcoholic rum alternative, stir it in now.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over ice.
  7. Garnish with lime wheels, pineapple wedges, or cherries.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overmixing once ice is added to prevent dilution. Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the refrigerator.
