Ingredients

- 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cream of coconut (e.g., Coco López)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh lime juice (or to taste)
- Optional: 1/2 cup non-alcoholic rum alternative
- Ice, for serving
- Garnish options: lime wheels, pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, mint sprigs
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients for at least 30 minutes beforehand.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
- Whisk or stir vigorously until the cream of coconut is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and adjust lime juice or cream of coconut to your preference.
- If using the non-alcoholic rum alternative, stir it in now.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over ice.
- Garnish with lime wheels, pineapple wedges, or cherries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Avoid overmixing once ice is added to prevent dilution. Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the refrigerator.
