- 2 cups egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- If necessary, drain excess liquid. Stir in remaining butter until melted.
- Slice cooked chicken and serve over buttered noodles. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley if desired.
