  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
