- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta, milk, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for about 10–12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For lighter sauce, use low-fat milk. For gluten-free, use gluten-free pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
