Description
Indulge in succulent chicken thighs marinated in a garlic-infused butter sauce, all cooked together in one pan for an easy and comforting meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the skillet skin-side down. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and add the minced garlic to the pan, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat, cover, and let cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (use a meat thermometer to check that it reaches 165°F).
- Stir in the remaining butter until melted and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure the chicken gets a crispy skin. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
