- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter until well blended.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a uniform crust.
- Spread the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly over the Oreo crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the center appears set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
