A refreshing peach sorbet that embodies the essence of summer with its vibrant flavor and silken texture.

			- 4 ripe peaches
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
 - A pinch of salt (to enhance flavor, optional)
 
Instructions
- Wash the peaches thoroughly. Peel and pit them, then slice into smaller pieces for easier blending.
 - In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium-high until boiling, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
 - In a blender, combine sliced peaches with cooled sugar syrup and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Pour the peach mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
 - Once the sorbet is frozen and has a light, fluffy consistency, scoop and serve.
 
Notes
Store any leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
