Delicious no-bake cookies made with peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for quick treats or gatherings.

			- 1 cup peanut butter
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 3 cups quick oats
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - Optional: Chopped nuts or coconut for added texture or a pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
 - Add in the quick oats, stirring until well combined.
 - Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper.
 - Let the cookies cool completely until they’re set, about 30 minutes at room temperature.
 
Notes
For a richer flavor, use natural, unsweetened peanut butter. To keep fresh, store in an airtight container.
